We are not part of, connected to, or funded by the DWP, Job Centres or statutory organisation. Membership is voluntary, supportive, and community‑driven.

Our core model is group‑based learning and community support, and we also offer some 1:1 support when capacity allows. These sessions are delivered by our volunteers and by business collaboration partners who support M3 Job Club through their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes.
As this support is provided by volunteers and partner organisations, availability can vary, whenever we can offer personalised help, we do.
This includes:

Yes. Many members join while exploring new directions, identifying transferable skills, or rebuilding confidence after a career break or redundancy.

No. M3 Job Club is not an employment agency, recruitment consultancy, or job‑placement service. We do not match members to vacancies, represent candidates to employers, or find roles on your behalf.
Can M3 Job Club find me a job?
We cannot find or secure a job for you. What we can do is equip you with the practical skills, emotional resilience, and job‑search confidence you need to move forward effectively.
