Fascinated equally by people and business, she is known for her hands-on, practical, direct and frequently creative approach to problem solving. Over the years she has been employed, unemployed and self-employed, she has experienced recruitment from all sides of the process having job-hunted, recruited for her clients and her own businesses.

Maxine is Fundraiser - St Michael's Hospice, a Mental Health First Aider as well as a trustee for M3 Job Club. She is a joiner of dots, a serial networker, an introducer and gleans joy from helping you grow. If she can help you, she will and if she can't she probably knows someone who can. Networking is a natural skill and where there is a common synergy between people, she spots the opportunity to connect them.
Diversity & equality are the keystones of her ethics and not just measuring them. Maxine believes it should be innate that people are treated equally and the chance to make a difference by helping “overqualified”, more experienced people back into the workplace, is a real honour.
One of the drivers for Maxine is that she believes that M3JC is the only organisation who gets the business transaction side of work and fully realise that employers are not social workers – it’s business.
